What is Powder Brow?

Powder brow (so-called micro-shading or ombre’ brow) is a semi-permanent makeup procedure that uses shading techniques to create eyebrows with powdery effect, soft and natural look.

What will you be learning in this class?

In these intensive 3 days hand-on class, you will:

  • Get to know all the tools, equipment and supplies that will be using for a Powder|Ombre brow procedure

  • Learn how to design & map eyebrows on practice skin as well as on a client

  • Learn about skin types, skin conditions, and all the contraindications

  • Learn about aesthetics, hygiene and sanitization

  • Learn about color theory and how to mix a perfect pigment color for each client

  • Learn how to perform brow corrections

  • Learn how to perform successful client consultation and skin test

  • Be given all important in-take forms, pre-care & post-care instructions

  • Tips on marketing, how to set up and operate your brow business

  • Have on-going technical supports

When will you receive your Certification?

​

After 3 days of hand-on practicing and learning theory in class

  • If your works on practice materials are good, you will be scheduled to work on your first model along with the instructor. 

  • If your first model session goes well, you’ll be scheduled to work on your second model.

  • If your second model session goes well, you are able to complete your model’s brow beautiful all by yourself, then you will be receiving your Certification of Completion.

  • However, if you are NOT able to complete your second model session independently without much help from the instructor, you will have to do more practice until you are ready, then you will have to work on another model. 

  • You’ll get your Certification of Completion when you are able to perform the whole brow procedure all by yourself properly and beautiful.
